Starlite had already talked to celestia about her unannounced visit and her reason for being there when Starbrite arrived. Starlite was guided to the Canterlot prison/dungeon cells to visit with yavolin. meanwhile, starbrite heads up to visit with Luna as they both have a close friendship.

 

Out on the open meadows, under the evening/dusk sun, a unicorn gallops carefree and giggling, sprinting through the flowery, grassy fields. Her pink mane and tail flow in the wind as she runs for her own heart's content. Upon he knowledge that she wouldn't have to worry about her mother being sad and alone by herself, Heartstitch was finally able to travel the world and help anyone who needed it.

Yavolin heard some pony coming near to his cell the guards called out."Today is your lucky day scum you have a visitor". Yavolin kept his head down because he didn't want any pony to see him like this , he repeated his poetry."She came into my life and like the sun she faded away so now i am alone with no pony to blame but myself".

Draco walked to the fields slowly thinking that 's always been alone. He saw the unicorn galloping around and he smiled slightly"how cute"Draco said as he was taking his walk through the fields. He'd deal with Yavolin another time for now he needed a rest.

Starlite walked over to the cell yavolin was in and laid down, upright, in front of it. she looked down at the ground and the slightly up at him. After a short silence, she lifted her head and asked, "How are you feeling?"

 

 

 

Heartstitch danced around in the field, using her levitation magic to make "butterflies" out of flower petals. she flops over in the grass and sighs, the petals softly drifting back down to the ground, as she looks up at the darkening sky. She thinks out-loud to herself unknowing that there is another pony nearby. "Ugh! i am gonna have to find a place to stay, and i am out in the middle of, like, nowhere! . . . i could just sleep here i guess. i do love the smell of grass and flowers~ and the ground is actually quite soft here." she rolls a bit in the grass as she gets comfortable. "ponyfeathers . . . and tomorrow is nightmare night, too. . . maybe i should have thought this over more before leaving home..."

Draco chuckled"need some help miss I overheard yuou need aplace to stay I have plenty of room in my home which is a cloud mind you but i can carry you to it if you'd like"Draco said with a kindly tone"but I know of a nice inn you can stay at"Draco said once more.

She jumped up from the grass, yelling out a little in surprise. "Eeep!" She saw the pony that spoke to her and she let out a sigh of relief and replied, "Oh-my-stars, you startled me there." She picked up a few things that had fallen out of her saddle pouches, when she had been on her back, as she walked towards the stranger. "you know of a place i can stay?" She looked at him with the gleaming eyes and smile of a high-hopes heart.

Draco said with a smile"I am a courier pony I always need to know the layout of the town i'm stationed at"Draco said"Shall we miss"Draco said as he stood up stretching his wings sightly."My name is Draco O'mally and I'm a courier pony one of the best I must say so my self"Draco said jokingly.

Yavolin lifted his head towards starlite. He was ashamed because he didn't want her to see him like this.He wisperd something to her out of sorrow in his voice."I am so sorry". Yavolin kept the tears from falling from his eye's, He began again muttering his poetry.

The pink unicorn giggled at the pegasus. "I see~ so your name is Draco, huh? . . . like a dragon!" she chirped up chearfully. "My name is Heartstitch. i am able to mend hearts that have been thrown into darkness and sorrow." she bowed but made it a bit over-dramatized. She giggled for her silly action. Her stomach growled a little and her pink face flushed a darker red. "heh, sorry. i didnt pack much of a meal since i didnt know how long i would be out in the wild. so ive been kind of snacking on daisies along the way after i finished off my last apple at lunch. I came over from Trottingham, by the way."

 

 

Starlite looked up at him. "it is alright yavolin. i cannot read minds, so i have no idea what you have gone through in your life or how you might act because of it. But i do know that you could try and do something about maybe controlling your agression a little. maybe take up boxing? you get to fight, but you have to control yourself enough so that you dont end up killing someone." she smiled a little at her comment at the hopes it might make yavolin feel better.

Yavolin looked up at starlite with loving eyes." Starlite i didn't want you to see me as i am, i am sorry that you have to find out like this". Yavolin let his head down he couldn't let starlite know how much he liked her , he has seen how Draco looked at her but still he cared enough to let her stay out of his life.

"Oh sounds like you've haven't had much of a meal miss Heartstitch well I know of a nice little place for you to get something in your belly"Draco said smiling."Follow me miss HeartStitch"Draco said as he moved to go to Sugar Cube Corner but waited for HeartStitch.

Starlite puts a hoof through the bars, hopping to reassure him. "I want you to know that i am not mad at you, and you are welcome to tell me anything if it is bugging you. i am available if you need me." she looks up at him with a reassuring smile.

 

 

Hearstitch smiles and trots up to and follows along side Draco. "So... Draco... how do you carry the heavier packages? it would seem like a handful for one pegasus."

Draco chuckled"Talismens zebra talismens to be more precise I'm able to shrink down the packes to the size of a marble using a specific talismen then using another to make it withstand the high impacts I go through whenever I'm late making a delivery"Draco explained.

Yavolin lifted his head."Starlite , I like you but I.." Yavolin stoped himself before he could say anything more foolish , she liked Draco and Yavolin knew it but still he liked her more then as a friend but he couldn't do that to her. The Guard saw starlite to close to the bars."Ma'am this is a dangerous stallion please take a step back".

"OOOoooohh~ that makes sense. We have a few zebras out in trottingham. mostly for medical things tho." She trotted alongside Draco. "Where are we heading anyways~? O3O"

 

 

 

Starlite looked over at the guard with a face that read "are you serious?" she then bowed her head at the guard and spoke. "i thank you for your concern, but i think i know when i am in danger or not. Yavolin wont hurt me . . . I can see it in his eyes. and besides, what have I done to him to make him want to hurt me?" she looked back over to yavolin and smiled. "Sometimes it is okay to give a person a chance."

Yavolin looked at starlite."I want you to, know that no matter what i will always..." Yavolins heart started to race he wanted to tell starlite that he liked her more then as a friend he didn't care if Draco fond out , he wanted to hurt Draco just as Draco hurt him.

"First I need to check on an idiot stallion to see what his deal is because I'm confused over his behavor I mean and I need to deliver a new cake to the princess want to come along miss Heartstitch?"Draco asked as he walked to the train station"I'll pay for a meal for you don't worry about it when we get to Canterlot"Draco said

Starlite tilted her head in curiosity. "you will what, yavolin?" She looked at him as the moon shone through a window off to a side wall. the light glistened onto her and her mane shimmered in a silvery glow.

 

 

"Oooo~ a cake! i love cakes. i learned to bake a few myself. tho it took a while considering baking isnt my special talent. it's more of a 'i like to bake every now-and-then' kind of thing. and okay~ tho i dont know how i feel about you paying for my meal," she said as trotted behind Draco, following him over to the station.

"I always treat my friends to a nice meal"Draco said as he boarded the train to Canterlot.Draco was confsed over what made Yavolin mad but then again he didn't know of his crush for the female alicorn"hmm is it jelousy that is making him angery at me or"Draco mumbled as he was deep in thought.

Yavolin whispered to were she could only hear him." I always kinda liked you more then as a friend". Yavolin let his head down and looked at the floor of his cell. He made a mistake not only she is going to interfere with his life but he just ruined any chance of him and starlite just being friends.

Heartstitch hopped onto the train with Draco. "OOoooooh~ well that's nice of you~" she smiled brightly as she found a seat in front of him. "SO what are you gonna dress up as for Nightmare Night?"

 

 

 

Starlite blushed softly as she looked in disbelief. after a minute, she shook her head softly. "w-wow~ no one has ever told me that before~ i-i don't know what to say~"

Yavolin looked at starlite but remained silent, he wanted to give starlite a choice between him and Draco. Yavolin kept his head low and waited for her to tell him what she thinks but most likely she'll leave like every other mare he ever told. Yavolin looked up at his fate over hanging him ,if no pony bills him out he'll be turned to stone by tomorrow.

Starlight looks at him, her eyes and mane sparkling in the moonlight. "I . . . i ive never felt that way towards anyone. mostly cause well . . ive lived in the everfree forest since i was little, and i have had to take care of my brother. i dont get out as much as i did when my parents were alive. i havent really had the time to find a relationship. but . . . i think i am ready." She gave a smile as she looked into his eyes.

Draco walked down to the dungeons of the castle slowly and saw Starlite there"Hey Starlite"Draco said in a friendly tone"Visiting the idiot"Draco said as he looked at Yavolin with pity"Is it jellousy that you feel?"Draco asked to Yavolin his voice stern"You think I love Starlite or something?"Draco asked once more"Well yes I love her as my friend nothing more. My heart has been dead inside ever since my family died, this is petty of you"Draco said with a harsh tone. Draco began to walk away. Draco then looked back"Oh I've nearly forgot I have payed for your release" Draco said as he walked to Heartstitch then said"Shall we get you something to eat milady?"

Startight looked at Draco, and then back at yavolin, worried about how he will react to Draco visiting. She did not know how to respond to Draco's sudden outburst, but she knew how yavolin has been acting towards him so she stood up and tried her best to block the cell with her body and wings, hoping it would help keep yavolin at bay if he happened to find the strength to break his bonds.

 

Heartstitch had been slowly trotting along, taking in the new scenery of the city and castle she had never visited before, when she bumped into Draco as he was leaving the dungeon. "Ooh~ sorry Draco~ are you done here already?" She hopped around a little bit at the thought of finally getting something to eat and then stopped when her stomach grumbled loudly. She blushed and then nodded at draco, "Y-yes please n//n;"
