Ok, I lied. It isn't so top secret .

 

But the idea of making a game that trolls people is indeed something that tickles even your funny bone. Think of a game that requires Asian-level skills to play, add in enemies that spew bullets like nobody's business, and how about I give you only 1 life to complete the stage? Congrats, you just created a game that requires an Asian to play (although I'm one, I can't even beat Touhou on easy mode...).

 

Got your interest? It's pretty simple. I'm no programmer nor an artist (I'm more of a writer and if I could program and draw, I wouldn't be asking for help, right?) and I have this idea for a MLP bullet hell game. I know some MLP shoot em up games have been done but I can guarantee that this idea is different (hopefully). I only ask for three people, that's all.

 

- Someone who knows how to use Gamemaker

- Someone who can draw sprites and create background

- Someone who can make music and sound effects

 

Think I'm leaving all the hard work to you while I go prance around the mulberry bush? No, I know how to use Illustrator and Photoshop but my knowledge of the two are rather basic at basic. Nevertheless, I'm willing to help out in that area in any way I can (while bugging you to teach me some of the more advanced methods of doing artwork).

 

Interested? I call this little game Project Rainbow (WIP title) and as you already know, it's a bullet hell shoot em up game featuring Rainbow Dash . Come, I promise you it'll be fun. The gaming community could use more games that make them rage quit.
