My Pony

I thought i would do a picture of my pony (Purplepower) from the side so you can see her cutie mark. (Sorry about some of the squiggly lines, I did it on my laptop)

Very nice OC! I love how the mane is like an alicorn's, and I love how you colored it.

 

It is a great drawing, but if you want to get really good, and have someone critiquing for you, I think I might be of some help.

 

You need to use more curved lines, and make the base circles bigger and rounder. By base circles, I mean the head, shoulders, and the hips. Try to use references by searching pony images. At first, try to trace the ponies on the screen, then try to draw them yourself.

 

All you need is practice! I still haven't been able to draw perfect-show accurate ponies, but I know I'll get there eventually.

Huh. I didn't actually realize that it looked like an alicorn mane until you pointed that out. Thanks for the advice! It usually doesn't look that scraggly, but I had to do it at a lap desk so it was hard to use the mouse.

your OC is great, you just need to make more curves and all, it's a little ....square-ly?

oh, and the neck is a little long, but we will see that later when you get something better for you to draw.

 

since you draw it in yournotebook and all, I can only tell you that it is very creative, and if you draw it again in something that you are used to, I can peform a better review
