Those always belong in support tickets. I would find it useful if there was an official Q&A thread for whatever pony-related questions. You ask your question and any user that can answer does. To the best I can tell, this site does not currently have any such thing. We're not a big fan of "megathreads" here because they can become a very disorganized home to an awful lot of great content. If you have a particular question about ponies, you're encouraged to start a topic for your question in the appropriate section (Show Discussion, Sugarcube Corner, Pony Merchandise, or Creative Resources) and people will be happy to provide answers.
