Hmm. How should we do this...I think I'll start with the common questions, and work my way up to how I found MLP.

 

Does that sound like a plan?

 

 

Q) Cupcakes or Muffins?

 

Ouch. That's hard. They're both good, but I think I like muffins better. They're less messy. That, and muffins are an any-time-of-day food. I think cupcakes have a certain "time" that they're appropriate, like parties or afternoon desserts.

 

That said, with me being a college student, I'll eat most anything at any time of day. I just don't feel quite as "odd" eating a muffin at 5:30 in the morning as I prepare for my day.

 

Q) Favorite Pony?

 

Fluttershy. Or Luna. No, make that Fluttershy, but I really like Luna though.

Actually, can I choose two?

 

Q) What did you want to be when you "grow up"?

 

Older.

 

Q) Do you draw ponies?

 

Let's put it this way: I'm pretty sure that when the "higher powers of the universe" were handing out talents, they gave my drawing ability to someone else. Oh, and I think they also gave away any singing ability that could have existed.

 

Q) Have you written any fanfics?

 

Yes.

 

Q) Are you going to give us any links?

 

Eh, um, I could...I wrote it a year ago, and after going back and reading it, I just shake my head and laugh. It's fascinating how much one's prose can develop over the course of time.

 

Q) Any pony projects that you're working on?

 

Yes actually. A friend and I are planning out a large scale project, and we have quite a few community and official MLP staff joining us. I'll post something later on when we have a definite plan.

 

Q) How did you find MLP?

 

MLP had been around for about a year - but I was just beginning to see the sudden spike in interest spreading across the web. I suppose it was just curiosity more than anything. I couldn't wrap my head around the idea that grown adults were partaking of a show aimed at little children (or so I thought).

 

Over the course of a day, my train of thought went something like this:

 

"Let's watch an episode."

 

"Not bad, but it's two parts! Well, I can't leave the story hanging, so I guess I'd better watch part 2."

 

"That wasn't too bad, might as well watch a third."

 

"Hey, this is actually kind of enjoyable! I wonder what episode 4 is like..."

 

"Hmm, my entire day disappeared. And was that the end of season 1? And WHY CAN'T THESE PONIES BE REAL?!?"

 

Thus, I was hooked.

Hm...in the preview, my "How I found MLP" section was missing from the top, so I posted it in the main body. Now it's back. Oh well...
