Me: My cable box isn't working. CP: I'm sorry...I can't help you. Me: How can I reset it? CP: I don't have that information. Me: Come on...I'm missing the game! CP: I really wish I could help you. Me: I want a credit for my cable being out! CP: I'm sorry. Me: I'm cancelling you guys and going to dish! CP: It looks the same but it dosen't feel the same.
