Do you guys think that MLP:FiM will get famous in my country?

So,I live in the Philippines, and I don't think that MLP is famous here

The famous shows here are Spongebob,Cartoon Network,Anime and Pokemon.

On the private school that I study at,I see that I am the only brony in the whole school.(Excluding the female Kindergarteners,if they even watch it)

How Ironic that 2 of the 3 animation crews that work in MLP are FROM THE PHILIPPINES,YET MOST OF THE GUYS HERE HAVEN'T EVEN HEARD OF THE SHOW.(Don't beileve that 2 of them are from the Philippines? See this:http://mlp.wikia.com/wiki/Animation

But......

On one of the documentary shows that I have watch last september, two of those episodes have MLP:FiM references.

The episode about furries features a furry that has a DJ-PON3 T-shirt

Then, the Gangnam Style featured a small clip of the "Pony Gangnam Style" video, which the host said an animated version of the song: www.youtube.com/watch?v=fzymWjijydc and seek at 37:47 and you can see the small clips.

What are your thoughts about MLP in the Philippines?

Just give it a bit of time to catch on. If you really want to, post some videos or memes around. Don't be obnoxious about it, though.

Well generally its not a matter of how "famous" it is, but how widespread knowledge of its existence is. Its not really "famous" here in the US either, most people I know have no idea there is even a fourth generation of MLP.

The Brony culture is more "famous" (or for a better term, widespread) than the actual show itself, so it's no surprise. Around my college it's pretty well-known but that's only because of the Internet and the wide use of the term "Brony".
