Looking for a visual artist for my pony covers/remixes

Hey, everypony! I'm currently looking for somepony to do the art for the MLP covers/remixes I've been making recently. The pictures would need to be like my music: Heartfelt, well-produced, and full of throw-your-rock-hooves attitude.

"Who in the flying feather are you?!"

I'm a metal/punk musician and video game remixer (two tracks accepted by the infamously-picky OverClocked ReMix Judges Panel) who has recently expanded into the brony music scene in an attempt to bring more well-produced pony metal and rock to the scene. My first (serious) pony cover was featured in a Spotlight Music post on Equestria Daily, and I've since made

. I plan to keep the momentum up, releasing at least two more by the end of the year.

"Can't you just find some pics on the Internet like you have been?"

I'd really rather not. Both times I've done that, the art I found didn't have the artist information readily available and it was quite a while before I knew who to credit. I'd like to avoid all those issues associated with just up and using other peoples' art without getting consent first from now on.

"What's in it for me?"

Not money, if that's what you were hoping. I'm broke as a joke on coke. But I'll swing viewers your way! You would be fully credited in each and every upload of my song, wherever that may be, with whatever page you'd want people to hit up (deviantART, Tumblr, website, whatever you want) included in the description and, in the case of YouTube, in the video itself (and I can annotation-link your YouTube channel here too if you have one). I would basically promote your art whenever and wherever I can.

"What would I be drawing?"

Here's the best part! I'm super-vague with my requests, opening it up to a lot of creative freedom on your end. It'll likely just be me dropping a pony name, and some other slight details (i.e., "Pinkie Pie with a guitar" or "Rarity if she were in a hardcore band") and seeing what you can do as far as putting that into a piece of art. I've always given my album artists a large amount of free reign, so I don't see this being a whole lot different.

So if you think you've got the chops for it, post examples of your art here or PM me. Work involving ponies, guitars, and ponies with guitars preferable.

If you're still doing video game remixes and manage to make them pony-inspired, I could probably offer some pixelated stuff for nostalgia's sake. Or... is that not a direction you're interested in going?

Not quite, though if I ever decide to integrate chiptune into a pony remix like I did with one of my other projects, I'll definitely hit you up (seriously, the stuff on your dART is sick). Right now, though, all the songs I have planned are just straight-up metal.

I'm quite the heavy metal fan so I think I could come up with something. Check out my deviantart page for my work. I can mch more than what I have on there, especially if it's something fun and different. I would do them in full color unless you would prefer sketch colors.

It's not quite at the skill level I'm looking for. Don't give up drawing, though! I'm seeing a noticeable pattern of improvement across your gallery.

I just finished listening to a few of your covers. They. Were. AMAZING. I've never seen you before. Then again, I'm really lazy when it comes to browsing Equestria Daily. I'd love to do some cover art for a few of your songs, if my art lives up to your standards. Though, I'm a bit of a procrastinator when it comes to finishing my art. Either way, please continue, your music is pretty awesome!

EDIT: Uh, also, I'm not very good with drawing instruments. I could probably do so, but it'd take some time.

I'm actually diggin' your stuff quite a bit. I'd be looking for something a bit cleaner and well-lined than your usual stuff, preferably closer to that stuff you posted today, so I'll be definitely keeping an eye on you as you improve. Dice has a point with the "edgyness" of your art style, and that's one of the things I'm kinda partial to; it's very rawk.

That Twilight you posted at the top is just so freakin' d'awwww, btw. ^_^

Keep the art comin' guys! I'll be looking for a while; my next cover's not until a few weeks from now from the looks of it.
