Forst bitten is my new OC, One in a baby fourm (No he is not a baby). I used bases for this.

Looking nice, especially the cutiemark (maybe underlay another blue layer to clean up gaps)-

 

Consider replacing the black dots with a dark grey (and adjust the outline in the concerned areas accordingly)
