I see ponie patterns HELP !

So I came backe to the mlp comunity around a 5 days ago and for the last 3 days I have been seeing ponies in every thing like curtains , rugs , my bed , the mirror and so on .

 

and it have been driving me nuts !!

 

so do I need to get help or thous are just side effects of season 3 of my little pony (fim)

 

.....ok theirs one in the pillow patern right now .
