Hello! I'm Aurum, and I'm currently majoring in art in Southern California.

 

I love watching FiM. I introduced my boyfriend to the series, and now he's a brony. It convinced me to finally buy some pony merchandise (A Rainbow Dash vinyl from Hot Topic on eBay) for his birthday on New Year's Eve. I do like the direction the merchandise is finally going. Unfortunately, I was caught off-guard and never got the Derpy counterpart before it sold out and became extremely expensive on eBay. ;P Nevertheless, I shall not give up!

 

This isn't my first time as a pony fan. When I was little, I had several G2 ponies (Sky Skimmer, Ivy, Light Heart, etc.), and a CD-Rom game called "Friendship Gardens" that I played to death.

Yes! I love Derpy! Overrated? She deserves it! ;P I love what this fandom does to background characters. Reminds me of Matt from Death Note. The guy barely had any lines, and barely appeared, but the amount of fanart dedicated to him was amazing. :0

But this fandom's background ponies are even more amazing. Bronies sure know how to get the ball rolling with background characters.
