The cutie mark is a placeholder until I find a better one.I think I got the coloration down though. I do hope to touch it up a little later on.

I don't know if brown is really Agent Smith's color...he's a pale guy with a dark suit. And a bad-flank attitude. Also, he doesn't seem the type to have such a jovial smile.

 

But this is a good idea, and I am pleased.    Maybe his cutie mark could be a stream of numbers as seen in the opening credits?

I can tell you used pony creator and used a paint program or whatever for the jacket
To make it better you should consider trying to get the colors inside his jacket right like that bit of white that goes out of his jacket into his neck and the black lines at right side of the jacket

and blur all the lines then

 

it will become less pixilated

and will do wonders!
