Swift Soar 0 January 25, 2013 Share January 25, 2013 Hey I am really new at this ( Obviously lol ) just thought I would introduce myself, I am Swift and I am 20 years old I have been putting off joining this forum for a while. I started watching the show around spring time last year and I love it, but I think I'm having some trouble still. I now consider myself a full Closet Brony and I thought maybe talking to some of you folks on here might help me to make some like minded friends, as I feel I am not ready to make my love for the show known to my family or fiancee, let alone publicly :/ Really looking forward to meeting everypony Stay classy Equestria /)-Swift. StormzInvader 127 January 25, 2013 Share January 25, 2013 Welcome to the Forums here are some suggestions 1. dont be rude to people with their opinions 2. try to keep swearing to a minimum 3. post actual threads and not just useless threads e.g is eggnog better than mlp. i almost forgot have fun However, you gotta admit that eggnog is pretty epic. Anyway, hey there, Swift! I had the same problem as you until I kinda opened up just a couple of days ago. I can give you some tips: - Don't tell other people like watching MLP is a bad thing meaning don't just say "I want to talk to you about something" or anything like that. What I did was that I watched episodes in front of my parents and then they just asked me instead of me telling them. They wouldn't think anything is wrong because you are watching it in front of them. (This strategy applies for everyone I think) - Stay calm and try to open up a little bit. If you need help, you can just shoot me a message or anyone else from this forum. Finally, welcome! Enjoy your time at the forums! 1 Thank you, Gone Airbourne, for the amazing signature! Swift Soar 0 January 26, 2013 Author Share January 26, 2013 Thanks for the warm welcome guys ( and Pinkie ofc ) and thank you Stormz, those are really good tips, I will definitely remember them for when the time comes about myself? Well not much to tell, just a pretty average guy, goin' through life, working and studying on a course in games design ( concept art and the like ) Lately though, my sketchbook has taken a more (secret) equestrian theme . Between work and studying, I don't really get much free time, but when I do, lately I have been looking into creating music as well ( Blame all of the Brony and other MLP based music currently taking up most of my I-pod e.g: Omnipony, AgileDash, Assertive Flutershy etc..... ) I would love to try making something of my own and maybe someday be good at it also, as I mentioned before, me and my fiancee also spend time planning/ thinking/ dreaming about our wedding . And of course trying to catch up on latest episodes whenever I get a spare moment

I am kind of working on my music on what the community wants to hear the most. I made a random track which is on my SoundCloud. Click on my profile and find the link there then tell me how my song is. Anyway, enough of that. I can help you with some of your projects if you want!
