iLegovideo 152 February 5, 2013 Share February 5, 2013 So, in Spanish class, we were assigned to make a pinata for Spanish class. So, I picked Octavia to be my pinata. This is where I need help. How do I make 2-d Octavia into a piñata? LuckyStar 17 February 7, 2013 Share February 7, 2013 Do you know how to use paper mache? I think if you got a large and a small styrofoam ball, a styrofoam cylinder and four smaller cylinders for the legs, and a few wooden dowels, you could construct a basic pony shape then use paper mache create an outer shell for the pony. Paper mache is easy: you can use water a flour for the base, and cut strips of newspaper to dip in the water/flour mix. Once you construct the shell you could spray-paint it gray, and use strips of newspapers sprayed dark gray or black for a mane. Hope that helps! Good luck on your project! Harmonic Revelations 8,835 February 7, 2013 Share February 7, 2013 You can't make a 2D pinata. Oh wait, you're serious. I'd recommend using a reference picture and working with paper mache to make it if at all possible.
