Yes, you may use it, no need to ask. What would the point of a base be if you couldn't use it? :/

You MUST credit me. Saying "Base made by Gamer_Woona" is fine. If posting on another site, e.g. DeviantART, make sure to add "on MLP Forums".

Take more than five minutes on it. You're not a three year old. Or, at least, I don't think you are.

Post the finished product either in this thread, or post a link to it here. I wanna see what you did!

Make sure to erase words, my signature, and any access body parts you don't need.

I have no idea what "Frankdolling" is, so feel free, I guess...

Please don't ask me if it's MS Paint friendly, I don't know. Figure that out yourself.

As for modifications, I don't care. Change it all you like, just as long as you follow the above rules.
