video Help needed with youtube intro

So my youtube channel (youtube.com/milomotiontv) has this really cool cardboard channel design that i really like, but the problem is: I havent been able to find a intro template that fits.

 

So now im asking here, if theres anyone who does intros or work with stuff like that, that could make me a little intro that fits my channel design?
