Need a pony? Why not Zoidberg.

Just felt like I needed to showcase this. Made it tonight and am really proud of it (not show boating just really really proud), came from my requested sketches thread. So what do you think? Is it awesome?

 

 

 

Well turned it into a vector (I think) on PowerPoint. But please do try to do it if you have a better program/ can do it better. I look forward to seeing better versions of it if someone who vectors often can do it because I don't think this looks quite like show quality. (Also realized I missed Zoidbergs undershirt on the sketch. My bad)

My mistake. Don't know why I clicked to make it public. If a moderator sees this can you please make it not public, if you can. Earth pony just seemed to make the most sense.

You did a really good job on it. He reminds me of Cthulhu though. So what made you chose to make him a Earth Pony? I will admit he might be dangerous as a Unicorn or Pegasus..seriously could you imagine it. *brohoof*

Now I am. However wants to vector it let me know. Btw what is vectoring technically? Still semi-new to the forum.

Basically just means using vector graphics to digitally outline and color a hand-drawn piece like yours to the point where it looks like it could actually have come from the show. If you wanted to give it a try yourself, Inkscape and GIMP are two decent quality art programs that are free to download.

 

I'd offer to do it myself, but I don't know when I'd be able to get around to it. That, and I'm sure others could do a much better job of it than I can.

I actually wanted it to look like show quality like Lowline mentioned, but I think I can do that myself on PowerPoint, unless you want to do it. If not thanks for vectoring it anyway.
