Newbie Question about Starting a Fan Fic

Okay, I'm not a newbie at writing or Fan fics, me and my friends do tons of both, but I just joined this site and my friends and I are planning to do a MLP: FiM Fanstory/fanficiton.

 

I have all this information typed up, that I would like to get opinions and feed-back on.  But no actual story or information written up on it, because I want opinions first.

 

 

So where should I post this blurb of information to get opinions and such?  I'm thinking this forum but I am not sure.  (If I am even posting this post in the wrong place I do apologize)

Have a look at this guide to Octavia's Hall to learn exactly where things belong. If you're looking for help with getting started on a project of some sort (in this case a fanfic), you've come to the right place. Go ahead and post whatever info you've compiled.
