Dzastur 1,719 July 2, 2013 Share July 2, 2013 (edited) Exhibitors Adding Showings Of "My Little Pony Equestria Girls" Due To Consumer Demand NEW YORK, July 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- When Screenvision teamed up with Hasbro Studios and Shout! Factory to bring the full-length feature, My Little Pony Equestria Girls to cinemas across the U.S. and Canada beginning June 16 they had great expectations. Those expectations have been exceeded, with packed houses and numerous sell outs by exhibitors in major markets, leading partners to add more showings in both the morning as well as evening times, giving fans more opportunities to experience the film in theatres. "We're happy for Hasbro Studios and Shout! Factory, and together we are proud of the marketing and social media efforts that have made this offering such a hit with theatre-goers," stated Darryl Schaffer, Screenvision's Executive Vice President, Operations & Exhibitor Relations. Hopefully it comes to your city. This means extra $$ in the pockets of the powers-that-be that they apparently weren't expecting.
