Meeting Royalty

These are two of my OCs, Esme (left) and Princess Licorice Twist (right), meeting for the first time. Licorice is from a different kingdom, and while Esme was exploring it, she ran into one of the princesses there. Esme being Esme, the only thought that went through her mind was, "Omahgawd, royalty!", and she mobbed her for her autograph. XD So, any comments, questions, critique? You know what ta do! Clicky dat big, black, button in le corner. :3

EDIT: I did it! I truly really did it! THE CURL ON LICORICE'S TAIL ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE A CURL!!! This calls for a celebration.

Very nice! Well done curl on the tail My suggestion is to maybe raise chest on the ponies a little, and bring it closer to the neck. The ponies in the show have round(ish) chests, and the front legs go fine with where you've put it, but the more the chest on the pony, the more back you're going to have. This is done on some ponies, but they also have  high arched bellies and backs (Luna, Fleur, Cadance, etc).

 

I really like it though. Esme has a very similiar look to Bottlecap, actually.
