looking for help with a project

ok so I have been working on an idea for about 5 months but i've run into many snags. I was turning it into a fanfic but its kind of sketchy on general written and depth aspects. I have also been trying to turn it into a somewhat animated series. I am looking for help, ideas, and over all feedback on my base idea.

the general idea I had going was (and its probably going to sound pretty generic plotline-ish):
before equestria 2 sides of opposing ponies were fighting with rather advanced technology, one wanted to rule the world while the other wanted to keep peace and order, war broke out it goes on for quite some time and all of a sudden it just ends. both sides aren't heard from for a long time and equestria is formed (pretty much a far off continent) time goes on and chrysalis attacks at the wedding to be hurdled into the distance. she lands in the wastelands of the once war torn area from before and finds the enemy side of the wars factory and proceeds to use this advanced technology to take revenge on equestria. the other side of the previous war notices what's going on and attempts to aid equestria in finishing what had started ages ago.

that pretty much sums the intro and plot. I am trying to get some ideas on why the war ends from before where did these 2 groups go/do and what did they do for this long period of time.

as for it being animated and such I have been looking for help with va's artists and such.

i'm hoping to get any feedback I can and also am hopeful to find helpful members of the community.

I can do voice acting for any female characters. If you have a link to the story or something, I'd like to read it. Are there any audition lines or character lists? If so, I'd like to see those too.

I'm a doom modder and game developer, i'm already working on a project called Rainbow Factory and it already has it's beta download.

Your fanfic is an interesting idea for a doom mod!

Doom has guns and is highly custom

Maybe when i finish the Rainbow Factory project we could share ideas!

I love to make games out of stories, it's just fun and amazing.

So what do you think? Instead of an animation we could make a game, Plus, with Little Lizard's voice would be just amazing!

the story itself is mainly wip, and is in pretty much a scripted format till I have time to rewrite and grammar check it. but I can post the story I have so far in .docx format. female voice actors are a rarity no pun intended, so id be honored if you'd read/audition for it check the first post to find the story.

first thing I think of when I hear DOOM is 2d graphic in 3d space game. I've also heard of multiple rainbow factory games in development. am fairly sure its going to be animated since I've made modular models of multiple views of all my concept arts ive made concerning this. but if you'd like to give it a try be my guest
