I've been hunting this one down for ages. I found out about it from a TVTropes page but I didn't find a link.

There is perhaps only one way to find what you seek.

 

But since you asked nicely, I will explain that it was just a joke made up by the TV Tropes community, and that it doesn't appear to currently exist. Somebody is working on actually writing it out as a full fan fiction.

 

It appears to have originated on the "Just for fun" section of TV Tropes.
