Thou 37 September 6, 2013 Share September 6, 2013 I live in a pretty remote part of Scotland. Its less well know than Shetland and Orkney but I live on the Isle of Lewis. You might just see it on a map as "Stornoway" because that is the only town on the island. The island is just off the north-west coast of Scotland. I have a problem. The problem (which many of you will have guessed from the title) is acquiring merchandise. Where do people in the UK acquire there pony-related merch?. To the nearest City its 4 hours travel. £70 to get a car across to do the last 1 hour travel to the city. (Inverness). What sites do you guys use? Do you import from America? Thanks _________ Thou Signature made by : Pinkmist
Planty 1,053 September 8, 2013 Share September 8, 2013 For plushes the whole on the UK is limited however: Build a bear does ponies and will deliver ! AMazon has a few but otehr then that find someone on deviant art if you really want something. Apart from build a bear, postage will be a bummer. Sites like redbubble also do some UK based T shirts (welovefine is the best site but its american and charges ALOT in postage). You can get loads of figures from Tesco/argos and the delivery shouldn't be to much! Have ANY questions about Christianity? INBOX ME!
Thou 37 September 9, 2013 Author Share September 9, 2013 Thanks. I was beginning to feel that no-pony saw the post and It had been buried underneath the pages of other posts. I really do hope that Im able to get some Pony Merch. But I do have my eyes on getting a Magic the Gathering deck builder >.< D: So much choice! Apocalyptic_Unicorn 240 September 9, 2013 Share September 9, 2013 (edited) I get all of my Pony clothing and stuff from Redbubble. They're a great site and postage for a shirt or hoodie is like £3-£5 or something incredibly cheap :3 Plus, they have literally hundreds of different designs. As for plushies, I have a Build A Bear Rainbow Dash, and I'm sure you can get it delivered by them, however, if you want cartoon accuracy and more obscure ponies, then you'll probably need to commission someone on Deviant Art, or find a seller on Etsy or something. Though, these are usually really expensive and you'll need to pay shipping if its from the US, which is likely. As for toys and other collectibles, I've had to use international sellers from Amazon US and eBay, or places that import, like Forbidden Planet and Mare Play. Again, when ordering from the US, you'll pay a considerable amount of postage and customs fees...But if you're happy with the lackluster UK stock, you can find brushables and Blind Bags at places like Tesco and Toys R Us, while you can find a generally broader range of stuff at Forbidden Planet stores. Thou 37 September 9, 2013 Author Share September 9, 2013 I'm probably one of the only people that don't like the Brush able ones. The mane colors just don't reach out to me and seem a bit dull. Signature made by : Pinkmist
