Master_Clockwork 0 October 21, 2012 Share October 21, 2012 Soooo... who is getting the comic and which cover(s) do you plan to get? So far I am getting the box set with the 6 cover box set, Subscription Variant, and the Larry's Comics and Jetpack Comics set.
ScarletIce 4 October 21, 2012 Share October 21, 2012 I'm trying to collect all of them XD So far I've manage to secure 16 of the covers through pre-order ;P
Master_Clockwork 0 October 21, 2012 Author Share October 21, 2012 I am so very tempted to get all of them, but have not convinced myself to do so yet. Already spent over $80 on 9 of them.
ScarletIce 4 October 21, 2012 Share October 21, 2012 What I'm debating is whether I should try to collect the variants on the upcoming issues...
caddyalan 2 January 7, 2013 Share January 7, 2013 I typically avoid collecting individual issues of comics. Unfortunately, they're rather fragile (easy to tear and crease), and trying to track down issues is a chore. While I realize that the FIM comics are available on comiXology, I'm not sure if I want to pay for content there, because it could all be gone someday. Anyway... FIM #1 and #2 are the first comic issues that I've bought since Jeff Smith's Bone ended in 2004. It seems to respect the cartoon without being too similar or too different.
