"I'm not nervous, just a bit confused... Some weird stuff has happened, I'm happy about it but... It's kind of bugging me that I don't know how it happened exactly." Swinging explained. He wasn't going to explain any further than that, but it was more trust than most ponies would get.

He groaned. "I have to go, of not now, soon. Something has happened." Said Glazed, with a sad look in his eyes.

Astral looked at a farther, and saw his excitement. On one hand he wanted to spend time together with him, however he still wanted to make some friends. Then after a little debate with himself, he came to a solution. "I would like to go outside for a bit, and see if I can make any friends. If that's alright you." He said and hoped he didn't hurt his feelings.

 

"Absolutely!" Said his dad, with a voice of glee. "Make sure you come back before dinner, though. Don't want to miss that now, do we?" Asked his dad, still smiling.

Astral then began to smile again, and began running to the front door. While calling to him "Not worry dad, I won't!" When he got there he opened it up and went outside. He then walked around for awhile to see if he could find somepony "his age" to befriend. This was the first time in a while he felt this excited about something, and then his mind began to wonder about who he might meet and hopefully becomes friends with.

A female filly, about the age of what appeared to be 12, trotted around the square near Astral's home. She looked around and smelt the air with a sigh. She was happy, but she felt alone. She didn't really have friends, but she was always open to others.

Astral looked around some to find a filly at looked about his age, and she looked lonely. So he slowly walked her and greeted her with a friendly smile hoping to cheer her up and maybe make friends with her. "Hello there." He said while trying not be awkward.

The filly was shocked when she was spoken to. She's pinned to face the voice, identifying him as a Colt about her age. A smile came across her face. "Hi!" She said happily, bouncing up and down. "It's awesome to meet someone my age, and ohmygosh, you talked to me! I can't believe it!" She squealed.

He asked wondering if this filly was like this with all of the ponies who were the same age as them. Then another part of his bumped in and told him to just go with.

"So," said his father, "I hope you enjoy doing this, and I hope you enjoy being with me." Said his father with a smile. "So, what would you like to do? Go outside? Play with others, play a board game?" Asked his father excitedly.

"I'm still here." Called the voice. "I am the one who watches. I brought you here, to relive the past, and fix your present. You only need to live life correctly this time." Said the voice. "Are there any further questions?"

Quanta knew what she had to do. In one week she would have to take.... her..... on.

 

But what could she do different? What could she do to stop.... her? She couldn't even do simple magic anymore. She didn't have her shotty anymore. What could she do?

"what do I want to do?" She asked, stopping her smile and cocking her head. "Why don't we head down to the astronomy center?" She asked, happy. "It's starting to get dark out, so we'll be able to see all the stars!" She shouted excitedly, bouncing once again in a glee.

Astral was a little surprised to see that she was right, it was getting dark. He was going to have to make this trip fast, since something told him that his parents wouldn't like him staying out late. "Well ok, just along as we don't stay long," he responded as he grew a little more worried.]

Astral was a little tire when he got there, after all he was trying to keep up with Howl. He then looked at astromey center in aw, the thing was sure was a sight to sight. "Yeah it sure is something," he said while smiling at Howl, of course they weren't just there to look at the outside. He then began to walk toward the entrance of it.

 

Howl opened the door, which came open with a clang. After the duo had entered, she shut it in much the same manner. "Welcome." She said, looking around. "This is where I grew up. My family was always busy, so I came here for refuge. Eventually, the people here considered me a daughter. It's sad they can't meet you." She said.

Astral looked around too, the place was really big. Well that or that he is was just small, but non the less the place was interesting to look at. He felt sort of having having a short little meeting like this, but there was always next he told himself. "This place seems great," he told Howl while still grinning.

"It is, isn't it?" She said. "Alike you had stated, your time is short. If that is true, the. I want you to look at this." Said Howl, by a gigantic telescope. She looked in, and adjusted it so that it pointed at a constellation of planets. "Take a look at this before you depart." She said.

"Sure," Astral said, and then walked up to the large telescope. He closed his left eye, and moved his head so that he look could into it. He was in aw when he saw it. He could only think of a few words to describe it, the one that came to  first mind was incredible.

"Neat, isn't it?" Asked Howl, smiling. She looked over at the clock placed nearby on a wall. The time read 6:30 PM. "What time did you need to return home?" Asked Howl, "Because I checked the clock, and it's 6:30 currently." Concluded Howl, questioning the timing of her new friend.

 

"Oh it's only 6:30," Astral said in a very nervous matter, while starting to back away from the eyepiece and opening his left eye. He should have checked the time before leaving he would had been able to time this better.This whole thing made him want to facehoof, however he stopped himself by convincing himself that it was a honest mistake that anypony that excited could have made.
