P.O.G.  You may think it's milk caps.  Well it is, but we're talking about a different P.O.G.

 

P.O.G. stands for...

It was a juice combination that was invented back in 1971 by a food consultant named Mary Soon, who worked for Haleakala Dairy back in those days.  In 1998, Meadow Gold bought out Haleakala Dairy, making the P.O.G. brand more mainstream with Hawaii, though lately it has been showing up outside the island.

 

Lately, I found a bottle of P.O.G. being sold at the Albertsons that I work at in San Diego.  Knowing that it has been a long time since I had P.O.G., I bought a nicely-sized bottle for $2.49.  It's been a long, long, time since I had this stuff.  XP
