(Closed) Need Bronies for a YouTube series

Hello everyone.  I have this idea for a YouTube Series, and I need people for it to work.

 

First off I'd like to know if this is a good idea in the first place.  I'm thinking of making a parody of the "Bronies react to . ." series.  I want to make fun of the fact that the series contains only famous Bronies.  The series would be pretty much the same as Bronies react, but with subtle jabs to the people in the original series.  This of course well all be a complete joke. 

 

The series will be titled "Not Famous Bronies react." or "Unpopular Bronies react."  How prevalent the joke will be throughout the series will be up to the members of the group.  We could drop the parody angle and just have a normal reacts series if you guys want.

 

 

Here's what I need.  I need a group of up to seven Bronies to be part of the show. I already have myself and one friend on broad.  That leaves five spots.  Anyone can join but girls will get priority, because I really want at least one girl in the series.

 

There are requirements however.

 

First rule: You must be NOT famous in order to join the project.  If you're a famous person then go join all the "cool kids" at "Bronies react" (That's the jist of the joke right there.)

 

Everyone who joins, must have a camera that can record in at least 480p.  I'd also prefer you to have a decent quality mic to aid in sound pick up.  You must have a time and place were you can record without extreme background noise, like yelling in the background and people running around.  "Normal" background noise like a low hum is fine, because I can easily get rid of that.  In addition you need Skype so we can plan these things.  If you have all those things you can join, just leave a comment here.

Yeah sure, I'd be up for it.

 

However, I'm not sure if my mic/camera meet up to your standards, I'd have to find some way to check or go to the store where I brought it from and check its specs. Secondly, I live in Britain, so if you're in America or something then there may be some difficulty due to time zones. Also, I'm still in school, BUT, if there is a time zone difference then 12:00am in New York will be 5:00pm in the UK. School will have ended just under two hours ago for me.

 

But other than that then I'm all for it. If you choose to let me in on your little project then I'll post my camera specs up on here tomorrow, when I've had time to check them.

If your camera is somewhat new (As in less then 3 years old) then it most certainly will record in 480p or better.  I bought a camera a few weeks ago that was only $250 and it records in 1080p. So I'll think you'll be fine.  Time zones don't matter that much because we don't have to record at the same time.  Basically we're all going to record our own reacts video and then I'm going to make a compilation out of it, just like with "Bronies react."

Well, I brought my mic/camera just over six months ago and it cost me around £20 (something like $25), so I'm fairly sure it ought to work. Or if you want, I could buy a proper camera and use that to record my reactions.

You know, I've been tempted to do some YouTube stuff for ages.  I'd love to get in on this.  Skype name is Jxuptosae if you are interested in having me.  I'd be using my laptop webcam... but it really isn't that bad.  I do have access to some pretty good hi-definition cameras.  I'll share more about myself if you are interested.  The display name for my Skype will come up "Spitfire".  I'm in New Mexico, and my profile pic is of me, although it's really old and supposedly looks a little like Dante from the original DMC series.  

 

Best way to contact me is through Skype, although I make an effort to check up on this site at least every few days.

 

Oh, and I have the full Adobe CC... I'm still learning most of it, but if you ever need help I'm not adverse to learning to use something new.  So I have Premiere, Audition, Flash, PS, all of it.
