    D. Not really much else to say. I mean, I am a brony, and that isn't going to change because someone else is. You are what you are. I might not like my brother much, but that won't change the fact he is in my family.

    I sometimes wish I could. I can honestly say that I wanted to once or twice... but I couldn't even cry when I got divorced, or family members died, or my ex-wife killed my dog to spite me. Some material has certainly evoked powerful emotions... just this world, the military, the fact that I'm a guy, have all conspired to kill that part of me that is willing to express weakness. In someways that is just part of who I am, but I'm not convinced that is supposed to a part of anyone. The only thing that has managed to make me cry from very early childhood was physical pain, in tremendous amounts. I'm not really all that tough, just cold, jaded, and incapable. It's a little sad really.

    It's alright, at least you did post! Welcome! I hope your time here is awesome, and keep up with your drawing! (I'm assuming you drew your profile picture.) There are a ton of creative people that like to share methods and the like. Best of luck, and Fluttershy is my favorite as well.

    I'm a terrible friend in general. I don't mean to be, and I am extremely loyal... I just have a habit of disappearing without notifying anyone, and showing up months later. The thing is, time doesn't change things for me. I either care, or I don't. Once I do, it isn't something that is ephemeral. This consequently makes me terrible at making friends.

    I would have to say it was the Xbox 360. For a variety of reasons I don't feel like explaining. Although, the N64 is a close second.

    Aside from that... it wasn't bad. I did like the aforementioned appearances of background ponies, and I love to see the mane six develop.

    Well... I've never done anything like this, but I wouldn't be adverse to giving it a shot. The only one I could conceivably do would be Twilight... as my voice is typically to somber to really portray many of the more positive emotions in a convincing fashion. I'm not sure what sort of time commitment this will take, as I am a full time student, and teaching myself sound production and animation on the side. So even if I can't/don't get a role, I'd still love to hear your tips in those areas if you have any. Although I am older than the characters portrayal, I am often mistaken for being the greater part of a decade (4-7 years) younger than I am.

    I only have the stereotypical advice... such as making a loud sound at the start of your audio recording, and use that as a guide. It is largely practice. Well, at least for me. Although I've been doing animation and the like, which is much easier. As far as recording software, depends on too many factors for me to be able to give any real advice. I'm using Adobe Audition, but I got the CC for school... a lot of other people use Sony Vegas... and the like. There are some decent free ones, and even the built in Mac one was the start for a lot of YouTubers. So just consider that. I would honestly just do some searches on there to find some sounder advice from as many people as you can. Wish you all the luck in the world.

    Seriously great advice above. Especially the bit about drawing everyday. You have no idea how far that will get you. Everyone can be an artist, the difference is generally only the amount of time invested. I went years without drawing, and now have to get back up to speed for where I once was. Just keep on it. It's hard to teach or give proper lessons until you have a general idea of the style you are naturally skilled at conceptualizing. The way you perceive the world is unique, and it's best to do art that appeals to the way you see things, rather than learning someone else's. For instance, my vision is REALLY bad... so I focus on shapes and shading. Well, those are my strongest areas... although I do have an obsessive amount of detail as well, it generally isn't noticed as much as ton and geometry in my work. I'd be happy to try to help, but honestly, the process of self discovery is more powerful than technical training. You generally seek training to refine your weak areas after you have identified your strengths. Don't down talk yourself either, you DO have strengths. I promise. Just find out what they are and practice them to death. The rest comes with time. It's always best to start with what you are already good at. Some of my advice will not be accepted by everyone, but hey, art is all about perception and interpretation. The process isn't something set in stone.

    You know, I've been tempted to do some YouTube stuff for ages. I'd love to get in on this. Skype name is Jxuptosae if you are interested in having me. I'd be using my laptop webcam... but it really isn't that bad. I do have access to some pretty good hi-definition cameras. I'll share more about myself if you are interested. The display name for my Skype will come up "Spitfire". I'm in New Mexico, and my profile pic is of me, although it's really old and supposedly looks a little like Dante from the original DMC series. Best way to contact me is through Skype, although I make an effort to check up on this site at least every few days. Oh, and I have the full Adobe CC... I'm still learning most of it, but if you ever need help I'm not adverse to learning to use something new. So I have Premiere, Audition, Flash, PS, all of it.

    I started a new guild on the game Tera Online. It is on Celestial Hills. The name is "Wonderbolts". If anypony is playing the game, or considering it I would love to have you! Character name is Captain.Spitfire. I hope this thread at least gets seen, saw one for WoW and was inspired to make a post of my own.     I can control the majority of my dreams. For instance, no matter what dream it is I know that I can levitate and if I lean back I can move incredibly quickly. It doesn't really work the way you might expect though, at least for me. I can change anything I want, at any time, but it just kinda follows a general suggestion instead of a specific idea. For instance, I was being chased by a group of guys who wanted to kill me, I decided that they needed to die, and willed it. Next thing I know a massive rock slide came by and killed them, and I died in that same avalanche. Or one time I tried to will something to help in a maze. I wanted to see around the corners... so all the walls turned into mirrors. It wasn't helpful at all. At least that is how it works for me. I can also wake up at will if I am dreaming. I think it might happen this way for me because all of them are lucid.... so I don't get the whole superpower thing.

    No clue. Ever since my life started falling in place I haven't found much inspiration. When I get a new drawing tablet I'll likely start drawing again, and working on assets for flash. (Trying to make some new stuff for the community.) Creative blocks are hard to get passed as a working adult. As a kid I just kinda worked through it, and it went away. Now I just don't have the energy for that.

    This is a fantastic idea. You could do like... weekly lessons, there could be contests for those signed up. I know I would be more motivated if my work study paid off.

    This was a great episode. Although I noticed an animation error. When Pinkie Pie first invites her family into the barn, and is standing by the cake she has her cutie mark. In the next cut, it is gone, then she is shown getting it. There are a few, but this one kinda surprised me. Regardless... I love the background stories for each of them. The CMCs are awesome. Shame they got it all mixed up in The Show Stoppers. Next, about Fluttershy, she says in her song that it was all because of the race, which Rainbow Dash instigated. The explosion thing was already addressed by another, so she may have been surprised that Rainbow Dash caused that. Although... in Sonic Rainboom they all seem aware that Rainbow Dash had done one when she was young... not sure why this discrepancy exists. I would assume that the dots could have been connected earlier. But they are both good regardless.
