Judgement 445 February 10, 2014 Share February 10, 2014 (edited) Thanks for the tips. I feel like what helps the most though, is doing something different. Depressed people need a healthy change in their lives. Doing something different, or ignoring what people say help with my depression. It also gets me in trouble. Finding coping mechanism is good for depression too. Heck, MLP is enough to brighten my day. I think that depressed people get the idea that they have to do things. Yes. There ARE some things that you HAVE to do, but that is just life. When somebody feels like they are in control and they can make their own decisions, then it helps a lot with depression. In middle school, a close friend of mine was depressed, like, on the level of suicide. I for one get depressed easily. This whole weekend was a drag. I got my best friend's phone taken up on accident so I went the whole weekend without talking to anyone. No wonder why I am depressed. I lack sleep, social interaction, fitness, and sunlight. I might just change that. I'm essentially a human hermit crab. Edited February 10, 2014 by Judgement Tom V.S. Boulder: Who will win?
