I haven't watched a episode since the original series. I just want feed back on bullying for being fan, mostly after hearing about Michael Morones. I may be using this for works of art I do about depression and suicide. I am a artist who has/uses my own blood in my works that are about depression and suicide. I recently read several articles about Michael Morones that disturbed me, because of his age. I must put out there first I'm not a "Brony" or have ever watched the newer espiodes/seasons. Michael Morones is only 11, two years older than my oldest nephew who I know watches My Little Pony here and there. Last week I jokeingly told my friend to make his next album about Bronies to distance himself from misinturputations of his past albums about a murder. I then read about Michael Morones. I've been moving my art further from my personal narative about depression to stories from other people. I like the idea of using Bronies, because the perception outside of comic con that Bronies have, heck how I perceive it! So if you feel safe enough to tell me any stories about being bullied for being a Brony I would very much appreciate it. I'm new to the boards and haven't played o a message board in a decade. AppleGearRising 526 February 9, 2014 Share February 9, 2014 Bullying is something that I've just shrugged off over the years, I've never perceived anyone who's ever gone out of their way to give me a hard time as being something deserving of any thought. That is to say; yes I have been bullied in the past but it has been a rather long time since it happened and I don't exactly intend on drawing up old memories about it either, sorry I can't be of more help. Derpyditsydoo 1 February 11, 2014 Share February 11, 2014 I don't think that anyone should be bullied for being a fan of something. I've never been bullied for being a fan of Mlp, ever. Yeah it's not always someone's cup of tea but that's because they've probably never watched it! My family don't really care that I like it and my friends aren't bothered by it either, I'll walk down the street in Mlp jumpers and tops, nobody cares, heck I even have a tattoo of derpy on my thigh! People need to lighten up and see the bright sides in life and realise that watching a show that was aimed at little girls doesn't make you strange or a freak or anything! Bronycon in August!!! Woo!
