Missy was at home, she was looking out of her telescope up at the night sky, it looked so beautiful, the way that the stars just shimmered against the darkened backdrop of space, seperated by a thin magnetic field, it all interested her so much, it was so far away, yet she felt as though she could just look up and grab one of the stars and bring it down to her and keep it forever.

Such an event would never happen, though.

Seth Eclipse was on a royal chariot from Canterlot. He had just finished a five hour debate during a diplomatic conference. Right now he was in a debate with the pegasi which princess was better.

"I still say Luna is the better princess. She was able to cope with being banished into deep space while her sister lived in paradise." Seth commented.

"You are only saying that because you two snuggled that one time." One of the guards replied.

Seth looked at the pony in shock. "How in wolven hell do you know that?" He demanded. "Plus, she ordered me to stoke her hair in bed. That's it!"

The pony chuckled. "She told Celestia about it during dinner one night. I was the guard on station."

The conversation continued for the rest of the trip until Seth arrived at his home. He departed the chariot and walked into his house for some much needed rest.

She was just locating the Ursa Minor constellation when she noticed a small irregular glow in the sky, it was... moving, it was falling at an incredible speed, it was going to land, it landed a short distance away from Ponyville.

Missy wanted to go and explore, she got ready and headed out into the darkness.

Seth was just about to dose off for the night when he noticed a bright light outside his house. He was on the outskirts of ponyville, so usually there was never any light near his house. He sighed as he got up and looked outside to see a comment entering the

atmosphere. As it continued, Seth got more and more interested as to why it hadn't burned up. Then it finally hit. The wolf could feel the vibration from there. Oddly enough, it wasn't as strong as he thought it was going to be. He decided to investigate, and departed his house for where he presumed ground zero was.

Missy was galloping in the direction of the crash as fast as she could, she was scared of the darkness and she wanted to get to her destination as quick as she possibly could to avoid meeting anything unpleasant.

She arrived at her destination and she looked down at the crater, it was fairly large.

Seth walked over to the crash site, seeing the crater. 'Odd, I thought it would be bigger.' He thought. He glanced around the area and noticed a pony standing on the opposite side of the crash site. He called over to her, "You didn't happen to see this hunck of rock make impact, did you?" He said, walking over to the mare.

"Ahh!" Missy yelled. She attempted to flee but tripped on a rock. "Please don't hurt me!" She said, not registering what the wolf had said, she was too scared for that. She had come out to see this object out of curiosity, and now she was going to get mauled, curiosity did kill the cat, or unicorn in this case.

"Wait! Wait! White flag. I'm a good guy!" Seth yelled at the pony as she ran away. Seth was going to persue, but desided otherwise. If he did, it might just cause even more problems. He sat there and watched as the pony ran. 'Why do ponies do that every time I meet them?' He thought to himself. He turned his attention to the rock, seeing that is was glowing. "Fascinating..." the wolf said.

"So, you don't want to hurt me...." Missy got up onto her hooves, still slightly shaking. "Usually one fears for their life when faced with a predator such as yourself, anyway, what is this rock, it obviously isn't from this world, evident by the fact that it fell from the sky."

Missy tried levitating it, but it started glowing more intensely.

Seth was dying to say 'No doh, Sherlock', but felt that it would be rather rude. The only reason he even thought of it was the fact that he had sat through the longest meeting of his life and wanted to sleep. "Well, I get it a lot, so don't worry." He said, looking at the rock. "You think it's made of an unstable isotope? If so, this could be really bad." The wolf said, slowly backing away.

"I don't know, the material appears to not be of this planet, it may be radioactive... and it seems to be triggering some kind of temporal shift, as if it's trying to..." Missy began to say. "As if it's trying to rip a hole in space and time, if this thing is destroyed or explodes, it could cause an explosion that could cause rips at every point in space and time."

Seth was now considering to run. "Then why haven't we ran to the next town ov-" Seth began before falling to the ground. The meteor  was beginning to send out fluctuating waves, causing a miniature earthquake. It continued for several minutes until it finally began to glow brighter and brighter. "What the hell is this thing?"

"I don't know, but whatever it is, it's...." Missy began, but was cut off by the object suddenly exploding into a white light, surrounding the two, and leaving a massive crater, and a tear in space and time, the two were gone.

-Unknown Location-

Missy was in a cave of some sort, she was out cold.

(Wake up wherever you feel like, they're in the same time period though.)

Seth groaned as his perception on reality began to unfold. The last thing he remembered was a meteor and a bright light. He slowly opened his eyes to discover he was far from his bed. Seth was on what looked to be a mountain. He squinted, trying to remember how he got there, then a fragment of earlier came to him: there was a mare with him. He quickly looked around, but the mare from the crash site was gone. He also discovered he didn't have a clue where he was.

"Where the wolven hell am I" he muttered to himself.

Missy woke up a small time later, she couldn't see a thing, she appeared to be in some kind of cave, whatever happened was fuzzy, all she remembered was a star and a wolf... wait, a wolf? Was she dead? Did a wolf eat her or something, whatever it was, she used her magic to create a light, she took another look around, the cave was empty, and there was a tunnel, she attempted to get to her hooves but her back left leg buckled under her.

"Where am I?" She whimpered.

@,

Seth tried to stand up, but collapse when his right back leg gave out from pain. "Ahh. Damn it." He looked over to see that his leg was bruised rather badly on the leg. He tried to stand up again, putting most of his weight in his other three. Seeing the mountain was mostly barren of trees, he wondered where that mare was. He was about to call out to her, but then realized he didn't know what her name was.

"Hey...Hey is anypony there?!?! Can anypony there?!" He yelled.

(Sorry about the late response.)

Missy heard growling, she turned around and there was a rather large creature behind her, a small portion larger than she was but it wasn't out of hand, it had matted fur and sharp teeth, and it appeared to have glowing red eyes. It didn't appear to have seen her yet, so she hid behind a rock and put out the spell. Footsteps going around her as the creature hunted it's prey, she prayed that it didn't find her, she heard a familiar voice shouting faintly in the distance, but if she responded, it would result in painful mutilation and death...

Seth began to hobble on his three good legs trying to track down the mare. There was a layer of fog over the area, so what portion of the mountain he could see was barley visible.

"Can anywolf- or pony hear me?" He called out in the loudest voice he could muster. "Hello? Anywolf?"  He kept walking for several minutes, until he spotted what looked to be a cave.

Missy sneaked slowly over to another rock, she could see a light over, not far from her, probably indicating an exit, so she set her sights on that exit, but before she could, the creature pounced her, and bit her front hoof, she shot it with a magic spell and let out a yell of pain while she attempted to flee but failed. The creature was stunned but it was still a threat.

After hearing a screan, he ran into the cave to see the mare from earlier on the ground facing a red eyed predator. "You know, if you wanted to be eaten, I would have obliged, Seth joked to the mare as he readied himself for the fight. "Any idea where we are?" He asked.

Missy was surprisingly pleased to see the wolf, more pleased than she ever thought she would be.

"It doesn't matter right now... I'm being attacked by this thing." Missy said, charging another stunning spell for when it would inevitably pounce her again, it then did that, jumping straight at her.

As the beast jumped at the mare, Seth lepta at it, catching it off guard. With a mid-air collision, the two landed on the ground, the beast taking most of the brute force. Seth was atop the beast pinning it to the ground. As he sank his claws into the beasts sholders, he growled at it. "If you got a spare hoof, my paws are tied." He called, keeping the beast down.

Missy shot it with a powerful stunning spell, it seemed to do the trick, knocking it completely unconscious.

"Good, but I'm on the ground. hold on... do you happen to have any kind of thick fabric...?" She ripped a part off of her saddlebag and tied it firmly around her injured hoof. "It's all good. But onto the question of our location, I don't know..."

Seth got up from the neutralized prey. "Nice shot back there" He called, examining his sour leg. It seemed it was on the mend, although he probably shouldn't run any time soon. He walked up the the mare, looking around the cave as he did. There was nothing to unusual about it, other than it was home to them at the moment. Seeing the mare's leg was hurt, he came up to her. "Are you ok?" He asked, looking at the raped appendage. "By the way, I never got your name."

"My name is Missy Starlight, originally from Manehatten but left home and moved to Ponyville when I was 6 and never looked back." Missy said. "Anyway, I was looking up at the stars and I noticed the object, I was curious..." Missy realised something. "The rock, it exploded... it must have... sent us back in time. We might even be on a different planet."
