Not all ponies are created equal: my first fanfiction!

Looking on fimfiction has given me inspiration to write a fan fiction crossover involving two of my favorite shows, FIM and Arthur. I've got the basic plot planned so here it is:

 

In the Anthropomorphic world two shows compete for viewers, MLP FIM and My Fluffy Unicorn (MFU). They are both on at the same time, have a vast toy collection, and their fandom Bronies and Uni's hate each other with a passion. So when Twilight Sparkle ends up in D.W's and Arthur's front lawn, you'd think D.W. being as she loves unicorns, would help Twilight get home. Wrong D.W loves MFU, so it's left to Arthur to help. Tell me what you think!

Being that grimdark fan I am: What's the rating and what themes do you plan to use? (I have tons of grimdark ideas right now, even though I don't know the "Arthur" characters)

 

/EDIT: I just saw you aren't looking for help, just opinions XD My questions still stand. I like the idea, but my final thought will be revealed after those questions have been answered
