Thoughts on zen and tao and ponies?

So I have spent around about 6 years studying religion. I have read alot of the major world religions holy books and searched a ton on the internet about different religions. What I like about Zen and Taoism is that you don't have to believe in a higher power to be part of them. A component of Zen and Taoism is what is known as crazy wisdom. Where a "crazy" individual seeks to enlighten a person not by stressing rigid structure and scripture reading but by being "off the wall" pinkie pie is a perfect example from the show. So basically i have "written" two short stories. they are both based off of real world "events"

 

The first in pinkie pie in the role of a zen master on her death bed. The second is rainbow dash on her death bed performing ja lus or rainbow body. Anyhow I will post the stories and I would like your thoughts on them and any questions you may have on eastern thought and philosophy. I wanna get a discussion going about eastern philosophy and religious thought, maybe even one on how it relates to western religion and philosophy If you pony's want to?

Pinkie pie in knowing her time to die was near baked some cupcakes, she invited her friends to party with her. When the party was over she went upstairs to her bed. Her friends followed and had some of the cupcakes together by her side.

I have something very important to tell you all about liberation girls. Pinkie pie said

The rest of the mane six leaned in close so as to not miss a word.

But my cupcake it is so delicious! Pinkie pie exclaimed and with that laid back in her bed and died.

Rainbow dash seeing pinkie pie die a couple of months ago declared that she had lived on this planet long enough.

She went to her friends and told them that her death would be 20 percent cooler. Her friends and her knowing full well that coolness or uncoolness were one and the same the only truth was in non-duality. That is no two things but just one.

Twilight sparkle helped rainbow by building a tent of clouds and rainbow stepped  inside it. With instructions not to open it for 7 days. Once the tent was closed the girls partied for those 7 days. While rainbows went over head without a cloud insight. When they went to open the tent all they found inside was some of rainbow dashes mane and a horse shoe.

A little strange but a pretty good fanfiction there. ( I don't really like fanfictions where the mane 6 die in any way, it just saddens me, as said before, the mane 6 are treated pretty much like saints in the world of MLP)

 

Well.....

 

I couple days back, I was talking about how bronies and Christian values relate, and how the show's teaching of Honesty, Kindness, Generosity, Laughter, Loyalty and Spiritual Faith (Magic) helped a lot of bronies become better people and widened perceptions for a lot of people.
