How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: In the wake of a stressful move, a double ear infection/sinus infection, and being snowed in...I finally caved and revisited a childhood favorite via Netflix! Ah, I'm in my mid-twenties, and work in HR. It's pretty boring and stressful. >.> I'm also a long-time role-player, still have some of my original MLP toys, and spend way too much of my money on all things comic books. I'll admit, Bronies took me by surprise at first (sorry guys!), more that I didn't expect anyone not a little girl to enjoy MLP than anything else! But then it occurred to me that if I (as a little girl and then later a grown woman) could enjoy a predominantly male hobby of comics, it makes sense that the reverse could be true! I met my first bronies at Dragon*Con 2013, and found you to be delightful. Um, I have a cat who was once my baby but has progressed to the prickly teenage years, and I wonder if we'll both survive him becoming an adult. I love fantasy literature, and particularly enjoy writing; I'm a wordsmith, but as far as creativity goes, that's all I can boast.
