Some Info:

Gender: Female

Personality: Shy and quiet, loyal to the few friends she has, very protective of her baby brother Dark Streak, She has a short temper, but she is still amazingly nice.

talent: Technology

Cutie Mark: Don't know yet

Her right eye is a pale-ish green, a little darker than mint. Her right ear has two small black loop earrings, and her left upper lip has a kind of black loop ring that goes around her lip into her mouth.

Story: My pony was born in Seaddle (pun of Seattle), both her parents fell ill and died, my pony and her baby brother were moved to Ponyville to live with her moms best friend, Twilight Sparkle. She starts going to school, where she met Applebloom, Sweetie Bell, and Scootaloo. Because of her blank flank she is invited to join the Cutie Mark Crusades. She hasn't yet discovered her talent for technology.

 

Note: If the name could have Techno/Technology and/or Digital/Digit in the name that would be great.

Thank you PoisonIvy. Her name is now Short Circuit. Or her nicknames: Shorty (for her abnormal height) or Circuit.

 

For her cutie mark I was thinking of something like maybe a broken wire? I'm not sure. If I could get help on that that would be great

actually a broken wire doesn't sound half bad. especially given the talent and personality.
