As you are about to see, I have some issues with Star Trek Into Darkness, but because of J.J. Crap. Didn't realize that by promising to do a movie review every week, starting last week, I'd have to do actual work. Hrrrrrmmmm. Well, I didn't get to go to the movies this week, partially because money is tight, and because I have little to no interest in the week's big new movie, The Great Gatsby. Star Trek Into Darkness is next week, so I'll be reviewing something recent next week. Probably. In the mean time, have a recommendation for a movie from January that just got a DVD release.

Random thoughts on Micro Series #3
Easily the best issue so far. The Twilight one had its head in the right place, but was ultimately too low key and uninteresting, while the Rainbow Dash one lacked a distinct voice for the characters and was tedious to read. This issue was perfect though, and I ain't just saying that because it's Rarity. It felt just like the show, it was laugh out loud at times, and Katie Cook definitely knows how to write this character. Good stuff, good stuff.
