Well....one of my best  friends decided to watch MLP. After 3 episodes, he told me that it sucks.

What I meant is that people just have different feelings about things, and do not forget that hate is a feeling, too.  I am used to deal anti-bronies and haters use a smile. What more can I do? people won't change their feelings, anyway.  To be honest I don't care about them, not that they will change my views or anything.....

Well this guy (I think) was claiming that all bronies are actually furries.  He said furries were deviants that wanted to %^&* anything on four legs therefore the entirety of brony-dom is a bunch of guys who want to...well I don't think I need to explain further.  He pretty much said it but his arguments were so all over the place and non-sensible that I had a hard time actually understanding if that was still what he was trying to say.

He proved that bronies and furries had to be one in the same because they both spread their culture through the internet, had their own art and stories, used their own terminology, created their own characters to put into their stories or pretended they were characters in the story, and basically was vague enough to equate both groups by describing every fandom ever and that seemed to be the best case he made.

Dislike or even hate doesn't necessarily upset me.  If you can give good, solid reasons why I can accept that.  If you just want to say bronies stuck their artwork and memes all over the net and it angered you I can go along with that.  It's kind of true.  If you simply want to say you don't like the show after you've tried it that's good enough for me.

It was just that a LOT of what I saw seemed to start at the conclusion of bronies being bad and then work backwards to justify the opinion.  One of the things I really, really dislike is arguments born of presupposition.  I responded and honestly his responses were even worse going as far as to refer to bronies as monsters and roaches.

I guess more than anything sometimes you need to talk to someone with a more allied point of view and vent so that's probably a bit of what this is.  Hope you don't mind my complaining.  I'll wrap it up now, Rarity's telling me it's no longer complaining and starting to sound like whining and she IS the expert after all.
