On February 2, 2013, as I finished watching the episode Cutie Mark Chronicles, I finally considered myself a Brony. I didn't want to give in into admitting that I like My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, for it took 23 episodes, but I finally caved in on this day in 2013.

As I look back at myself before MLP, I was entering a really dark time in my life. ( I guess I can make a brief summary of how I became a Brony.)

I started with the first episode on Netflix around the time of the season 3 premiere in 2012. It was also around this time where I fell very ill and was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes ( which I left out in my stories until now.) For the next 3-4 months I was in tears almost all the time, and had thoughts of suicide (heck I even wanted the world to end since it was around the time of the whole 2012 thing.) through all that was going on in my life at that time, I found time to watch ponies. My love for the show increased when I started to get some pictures, and once I got to Episode 23 of Season 1, I noticed how much it lifted me out of my state of depression and that was when I started calling myself a Brony.

Getting to this current time, I realized how much I changed as a person. My view on things certainly has changed, and it has made me happier. The people of this fandom is awesome, and I hope you guys remain awesome.
