1964

Mand'alor Dash

Back when this song was first released in 1964, it strangely wasn't nearly as iconic as it would become later. Hell, even 51 years later, I bet very few have you have seen the film.

Viva Las Vegas, Elvis Presley.

Ah, another great song from the King! I don't listen to Elvis as much as I do to some other artists, but I love him.

And, anyway, he'll always be better than this Ladybugs band that's suddenly getting popular amongst the girls. Sheesh, they're not even that good. If they wanted real artistry they'd have to go to India and get stoned, at the very least. The one with eyebrows in particular looks like he's going to force you to accept the notion that foreign religions could actually be interesting. Scary stuff.

I've discovered two other relatively obscure bands, though, that may be getting popular. Much better. I believe they're called 'The What' and 'The Turning Boulders'. That must be it.

Also, these people in favour of the abolishment of racial segregation are getting crazy. I do feel like they have a point, though, but I'm just not really getting it. Bob Dylan really was right when he said 'The Times, They Are A'Changin' earlier this year. That's his best song, for sure.

...I've heard that his next album is going to be great, though. Who knows, you might be featuring something from it tomorrow...or not ;)

Oh My God, so many potential choices.

-Satisfaction has one of the most awesome guitar rifts on the planet.

-My Generation is one of the first cries against ageism in society.

-I am aware that Help is your favourite Beatle song last time I checked. (I've been lurking your brohoofed posts, haha) Ticket To Ride and Yesterday are great too

-Like A Rolling Stone is considered one of the best songs of all time.

Hmm, I actually hope you'll wait until at least Revolver to feature the Beatles, since I prefer their psycheldic period, but it's probably going to Help. :P

On the other hand, this is the age where human rights were focused on, so next year would be the perfect time to feature Bob Dylan.

That's it, either Help or Like A Rolling Stone.

AGHHHH HOLY SHIT

WHICH ONE

Well, Bob Dylan dropped off the radar in 1966 and, fuck it, it won't be a 20th century series without Bob Dylan. So, yeah, I'm betting him...

Also, question, if it's Help tomorrow will John Lennon be disqualified as a solo artist as well?

(And sorry for the swearing :P)

Hmm, all I'll say is that if/when bands are featured, it does, in most cases, disqualify individual members as solo artists. Sorry. :(

Looking over the hits list and unless you stall until 1970 to do Beatles then Bridge Over Troubled Water is a good bet.

But...Georgie ;-;
