10 months. That's how long ago I registered for BABSCon. I've spent ten months waiting and preparing for BABSCon and now I'm sitting at an airport waiting to leave for Burlingame. It's hard to believe such a long wait is finally coming to an end.

A ton has changed for me since I first decided to return to BABSCon back in late May of last year when I bought my badge. Ten months ago I was living in another state, planning on going to BABSCon with one or two friends, and having a relaxing weekend. Now nearly a year later it's actually come and I have since become both a member of the BABSCon and forum staff. I'm even representing the forum in a panel and working a table. Instead of going to see one or two friends, I get to go and spend the weekend with 6 of my fellow forum staffers, the BABSCon staff, close friends on the forum, and countless others. It's not at all what I imagined this trip would be like when I first registered... it's so much more.

I think what I'm most excited about is the fact that I not only have a ton of amazing and fun things to do this weekend, but I get to share these experiences with my close friends on staff and the forum that will be at the convention with me. And I really want to be able to share it with everybody, which is why I'm thrilled to also let everybody know that you will be able to follow the entire Poniverse crew's adventure to BABSCon on Poniverse's Twitter. We'll be Tweeting throughout the weekend, so be sure to follow us and watch all the shenanigans unfold.
