Clearing this up further: When a scene (in flash) plays, and reaches the end, the flash item usually just stops. If it's scripted in the actionscript of the flash player to play a new scene in a separate swf (the other video screen or an ad), it may not play this script on the final second, and thus must use the penultimate one instead...
