こんにちは、皆さん！^-^ The Japanese word for the day is...*drum roll*

 

自制、（じせい）、jisei

My dog can totally not do that! xD


いみ（meaning）：Self control, self restraint

 

れいぶん（example sentence）：他のぬいぐるみが買いたいけど、自制しないとだめ。hoka no nuigurumi ga kaitai kedo, jisei shinai to dame

 

ほんやく（translation）：I want to buy another plush, but I must control myself.

im still trying to get back into Japanese but my depression attacked me

It's alright, oo. ^-^ Start small and take it one step at a time. Whether that be learning one Kanji a day, or just watching an anime in Japanese. The aim is to get your feet wet again and progress from there. Don't be too hard on yourself.
