Ranting to no one in particular about me trying something I probably shouldn't do.

So basically I have finally decided to write out a story type thing for that character that I've been developing for about eight years now. However, I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it after that point, and I'm absolutely horrendous at doing any kind of creative writing. The way I see it I have two options both of which having stuff that I would have to do in order to make it feasible and both are difficult. On the one hand I could animate it but then I would have to write a script, learn to animate, get a better computer so I could animate, get good recording equipment for doing voice acting, and find people other than myself to voice the characters. On the other hand I could fully develop it into a book-like format but then there would be an entirely new set of problems that I haven't even looked fully into as of yet. Either way I'm probably very stupid for attempting this kind of thing solo.

There are people who do things like this solo, but they usually had a way of learning the necessary skills. Do you have books or mentors to help? If you don't take the educational side of this seriously, you won't get the result you aspire to x3

There is an old saying for that. You never know until you try it.

 

2 years ago, i also never thought i could write anything. But this fandom gave me the confidence to do something creative. Some like it, some don't, but i like what i do. :)

I have neither of those things to help seeing as I'm not in school or college and am basically just sitting at my desk.
