Ok, I haven't made an entry in a while, but here's what I did today.
Arm day in the gym, with a bit of and as well. Just did 25 pushups and going to do a few more. Ate 2 protein bars after my workout and the entire day I ate healthy.
I'm all in. No more messing around.
2018 is my year to take.
