Working Out/Getting Healthy

So not so long ago I started exercising and trying to live a little healthier, after totally going off track from my previous attempts, I was lazy, eating quite a bit of junk food, and just sitting around all day, but now I'm back on track and so far it's been relativally easy.

 

I go biking every day or every other day, I do have a gym pass, but I haven't went for a good long while, that will definitely change, I don't have a lot of weights or workout equipment at home, so the gym is a great thing, especially when it's close by, probably 3-4 minutes away! Now i just need to start going, although my insecurities play a part sometimes (but we will leave that for another blog topic) I really shouldn't let that bother me.

 

My journey of fitness has just begun, I can't wait to see the change in me in the future, hard work is needed, and I'm up for it!
