Pointless Song

We can't praying,

that it will get better,

when this is as good as it gets.

Still we keep pushing.

Striving for the best.

The best can only get you so far.

And it all seems Pointless,

to me.

Success is fulfilling,

but what are we doing?

How can we call all of this success?

We aren't even climbing,

or making profit,

or claiming ownership to our humanity.

really in doubt,

Fame and glory,

We build up an image.

We idolize icons.

But all it's worth is a fifteen second ride.
