1: Cell for cell, there are more non-human cells in our body than human ones. This is mainly because the colonies of E. coli bacteria helping us digest our food in our intestines and Bowles.

7: it is normal to see women's panties in vending machines in japan. Used of course.

 

8: Margarine labeled as 0% trans fat is a lie. It's actually close to 100%.

 

9: Your mattress will double its weight in 10 years. This added weight is due to dust, and dead bed bugs..... Gross right?

 

10: Men are genetically wired to be attracted to their mothers. This is a primitive trait that helped keep populations up during hard times, although it has not apparent use now, and will probably be weeded out of our genetic code with the next couple million years.

6.There are all sorts of ridiculous laws like that everywhere. Someone tried it, so they have to ban it.

7.Most of Japan is actually very traditional, and people just emphasize the weird parts.

3: Only because insects carry all sorts of crazy parasites and diseases, and their bites are harder to avoid

5: In theory, yes. In reality, probably not. A limiting factor on growth is the amount of oxygen in the air (or in this case, water). Bigger creatures need higher oxygen percentages because their circulatory systems are less efficient.

7: It's not normal in slightest. I mean, yeah, there are vending machines with just about anything in Japan, but ones that have stuff aside from drinks, snacks, and cigarettes aren't particularly normal.

8: There are multiple kinds of trans fat. They can probably get away with only saying there is 0% of a certain kind.
