Physical Description

Slip is a green pegasus mare with a thin, lanky build, she wears the goggles of a Wonderbolt trainee, she got to keep them, even though she quit.

She has a pink mane and tail, and magenta eyes, her cutie mark is three tornadoes
Backstory

There are TWO known backstories attached to Slip's character

Backstory 1 (the lighthearted one) : Slip was wandering on a cloud, when she tripped on a strong breeze and fell down a cloud staircase meeting @Lawyer Slip's OC Slipstream and helping him fight a battle

Backstory 2 (the IMPORTANT one): Slip was taking her flying test as a Wonderbolt trainee and nearly failed, Rainbow Dash wanted to turn her into Spectra, but Scarlet Wing convinced her to give Slip another chance

Slip is shy and a bit wimpy, she's also quite klutzy, much like an old friend of hers named Derpy

The group sneaks through the facility, Screwy bouncing happily behind, they eventually passed through the med bay, knocking over a metal table near Sunny and Bluelight.
She utters a small "oop" which most likely went unheard, over the metal clattering.

Slip looked at the mare, she'd not seen Screwy in years, but it seemed that nothing had changed about Screwy, however it sounded as if Screwy was happier than she'd been in the past.
"I sure hope that nopony heard you screaming, Screwy, it would probably be over pretty quickly for us if that happened," she laughed, little did she know, somepony may have heard.

The green mare and the grey mare stalk the factory, peeking around every corner, until, they accidentally spooked White Lightning, "AAHHHH! Oh, it's only you two, hey Slip, Derpy...did you need something?
Derpy whispered to Lightning "Slip wants to save all the workers from potential harm here, she needs all of our friends from flight school!"
Lightning sat back on her haunches, "I-I don't know, I've already had "defiancy" and "refusal to work" put on my record," she stuttered, it was true that Lightning had never been the bravest pony.
Slip whispered to Derpy, "ooh! That sounds like a great idea! But how are we gonna get her up here? She hasn't any wings," Derpy said, with some concerns.
"Shiny, my friend, has some knowledge on magic, she could cast a "walk on clouds" spell on her,"
The mares wanted to bring Screwy, to Cloudsdale.

Slip trotted away, she didn't hate Sunny, she didn't have enough evidence to know the truth, she needed cold, hard proof, and she was going to use all of this to avenge Merry May.
The pony who never deserved what she got, she wasn't useless, maybe she could secretly rally her old friends from flight school, maybe even Sassaflash.
And did Shadow even TRULY listen at all, Slip never implied that the mare was stupid, but more so she fell from exhaustion.

"You know very well that we BOTH had nothing to do with it! We saw her trip! We saw her fall! I'd never kill May! How could I when I hardly KNEW the mare? There was nothing to be jealous of, nothing to hate her for! She was just like me! Just like Screwy! Cloudsdale and Rainbow Dash are the ones who started this! It all started with that poor worker who fell in the machines in the beginning, had the same fate as May! It's the whole reason this place was made! I don't blame you for her death! I want everypony to get out alive!" Says Slip.

"You think I'm gonna tell you my super secret plans? That's classified information between me, my friends and Sunny!" Says Slip, slamming her hooves on the desk, pointing at Sunny in the last part.
"And May just needed help! It wasn't her fault! Hope wasn't lost for her, just like it wasn't for an earth pony friend of my, her name was Screwy!"

Slip was beginning to think that nopony would ever be safe in the Rainbow Factory, never ever...she read May's file, pretending to be engrossed in the book.

Slip had remembered that May had once been admitted into a hospital for her agression issues.

Slip muttered a geniunely sad, "I'm sorry," to Sunny and handed her name tag that read "Slip" to Shadow, crying, remembering everypony she knew in flight school, Derpy, White Lightning, Parasol, Sunny Rays, Sunshower Raindrops, Blossomforth, Sassaflash, and poor May... she looked down.

"In fact, I think maybe I shouldn't have accepted the offer that Scarlet Wing gave me, I should have tried to escape and gone somewhere better, the Ponyville mental hospital would be better! I never wanted May to be hurt," Slip says, glaring at Shadow.

Slip stood her ground, "HER NAME WAS MERRY MAY, AND I WENT TO FLIGHT SCHOOL WITH HER! I'D NEVER HURT HER! ALL THROUGH FLIGHT SCHOOL SHE'D HAD PROBLEMS! I'D NEVER EVEN SPARED HER SO MUCH AS A PASSING GLANCE, BUT I'VE SEEN HOW SHE'D BEEN!" She lowered her voice and coughed, "Merry May, was never as merry as her name suggested, but nopony ever seemed to care or want to get her any help in flight school, why help someone with problems if they're worth nothing to you, am I right? That's how it's always worked, hasn't it? The only two ponies who'd showed concern were me and her friend, Sassaflash,"
