You could say she was cursed and banished by the other zebras for disgracing them somehow. It would work, since it's never clear how zebra magic works, or if it even exists. The banishment could also explain why she's in Equestria.

You should've phrased it differently. A fantasy army versus a modern one actually sounds really interesting, but I'd still say the modern army would win. What I'd like more is to see how much damage a single tank could to a medieval army.

The first I saw of the show was a clip of Twilight meeting Fluttershy. I thought it was cute, but I didn't have an interest in watching it, and it was only when I found out about the massive fandom that I gave it a go. At first I was put off by all the cuteness. It was like a sugar overload, but once I got over that, I saw how amazing MLP is, and was already hooked. -
What I think is better than trying to crack the alphabet already present, which I think is just random, is making one based off of this. You've already done so much work, and it would be a shame if it turned out not to mean anything. -
This whole name mess can be fun sometimes. I remember quite a lot of occasions, in fanfics or comics, where the licensed names are incorporated as an embarrassing middle name, or even a part of an identity crisis -

You're making it seem like they're shoving the new name down our throats. Them acknowledging the fanon names is cool when it happens, but it isn't to be expected. When they make stupid mistakes like Fluttershy having a Rainbow Dash model, how do you expect them to go out of their way to have everything "correct", like we see it?

Finally, the rich narrative of Dead Island in movie form! Seriously though, this will probably be a part of the franchise in name only, and otherwise just another generic zombie movie. -
You should go and look for an artist willing to draw your OC for free instead of expecting them to come to you. I doubt many of them would be eager to draw for you if you don't ask them specifically.

There are a few dreams that really stick with me. In one dream Tuco from Breaking Bad drove by me on a motorbike and shot me right in between my front teeth, and I spat the bullet out along with a tooth. In another I was swimming on a beach when I noticed a shark in the water. I quickly swam to the shore and thought "Ha! You can't get me here!", after which the shark grew a pair of legs and came after me. I woke up just before it bit down on me. I also vaguely remember dreaming about ponies once or twice.

Yeah, it would go into Media Discussions, and I agree with you: it's all jumbled up in there and it would be nice if it could be further seperated. That's more of a problem when you're going through topics though, not really if you're posting.

All done by ear? Color me VERY impressed. If I had known that before I started listening I would have expected it to be barely recognizable. Like it is now it only needs some fine tuning, a bit more practice and the sky's the limit!
