    Awww! Thanks again to everyone! I've been doing pony art since G1, really ... but I was really young back then and it was terrible! When friendship is magic came out, I started up again. It took me a while to learn how to draw the ponies properly, but I just kept studying them and trying to get better.

    I've been using illustrator for years. I was a graphic designer for 12 years before an unfortunate situation made me leave my job... and I had to use it pretty much every day. When I wasn't doing graphic design at the company, I was allowed to do whatever I wanted, so I would use it to draw. I have it at home now, and I still use it every day. I love it! thanks again for all the kind words.

    That image is pretty darned good for a "first try"! Seriously! My ponies didn't even look like ponies when I first started drawing them!

    this video has been removed by me, so I wanted to delete this post. I couldn't find a way to delete the whole thread, so I just deleted the videos.

    Thank you so much for your kind words, again. Seriously, everyone is so nice and cool here! And concord, I don't really do requests, but I do commissions. There's information about that over at my deviantart page. I actually just had to leave my graphic design job of 12 years due to a very complicated situation, and so, unforunately, I have to do something to pay the bills. :/

    I have both the san diego one and the hot topic one. I think I like the san diego one more, but those are going for a whole lot of money on ebay right now. :/ I sort of wish they'd make a smaller, brushable version of her that doesn't cost a million dollars.

    Wow! Thank you very much for the kind words, everyone! ^____^ For those who asked: I use 3 programs. I do the outlines in Manga Studio, then I either import it into photoshop or illustrator for the inking.

    Hello, everyone... I'm a huge my little pony friendship is magic fan. In fact, I'm old, so I was a huge fan of the original series back in the 80's. I've been waiting for years and years for them to finally do a good reboot of my little pony, and I guess I got more than I wished for with Friendship is Magic. Seeing Derpy Hooves for the first time was what got me back into the series. I also am a huge fan of Lyra. Anyway, I've been around the community since early season 1 of MLP FIM, but this is the first time I've really joined a forum because I am incredibly shy. I mostly hang out on deviantart drawing ponies and various other things, usually cat-related.
